Working from home!!

I have never had a job where I worked at home. Well, it has been a couple weeks now that I have been working from home and I always wondered how people did it. How do you manage your time, how do you ignore the distractions, when do you start and finish for the day....
One thing I never thought about was how do you focus while potty training your 2 year old daughter? Lol.
Norah definitely makes working from home interesting. Her big sister, Lana, has been a huge help, but she isn't always here. She has quite the social life with her grandparents and aunts and uncles. When she isn't around Norah turns to me for all the entertainment and I get entertained in the meantime, as well. I have learned how to work on the computer while she sits in my lap and watches Caillou on my phone.
I tell Leah about how my day went and the stories about what happened for the day and she usually just laughs and says "Yep I know exactly what you are talking about". I don't expect her to give me sympathy at all because I know that she relates since she has worked from home the majority of the time since we have been together.
I am very excited for this journey and I can't wait for Leah to be home full-time as well. Only a couple more weeks and it will be the two of us together at home building our business. Right now she gets home between 6 & 6:30 and we eat dinner, and then it's back to our office where she works on designs, printing & pressing. I usually get the girls taken care of for the night. Then we both tackle the work load and anywhere between 11 pm & 1 am we give up and go to bed. I know those hours will change, but for right now this is what we need to do.
I will add more blogs for good reading and hopefully entertaining pictures to look at :-)
